Site Acquisition Coordinator:
Job Description:
The Site Acquisition Coordinator is an entry level position to the wireless industry which is responsible for coordinating activities, schedules and resources in support of site acquisition, engineering and construction programs, with primary focus in site acquisition. This position is responsible for tracking and making project changes as directed by the Site Acquisition Manager. Prepare correspondence to clients, 3rd party vendors and regulatory agencies as required. Maintain project filings to ensure timely review and submittal packages to the municipality. Prepares closeout documentation. Provides general office support as required. Assists with maintaining internal and external trackers as required. Prepares and/or edits meeting minutes, presentations and deliverables. Upload/ Download all project documents to and from the designated project management software programs (BOX/ FUZE/Element/ Quick Base/ Internal Shared Drive).
Other responsibilities required of this position:
1. Prepares and submits notice/consent letters to landlords as required.
2. Excellent phone communication skills and the ability to write an email that is grammatically correct with proper context to obtain required information.
3. Coordination and research of proper fees that may be required by the municipality.
4. Able in a timely fashion complete the due diligence of a project to make sure all proper documents and deliverables are satisfied.
5. Support client in obtaining Zoning and Permitting approvals as necessary.
6 Obtain and complete proper NTP requirements from ground landlords and/or tower owners.
7. Is comfortable working in the client’s database to maintain important milestone completion dates.
8. Uploads documents and manages document control as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong Interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills.
• High Level of Organization and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Power Point and Microsoft Excel Proficiency.
• Desire to Grow, Learn and Succeed.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Associate Degree or higher.
• Real Estate License desired, but not required.
