PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER PE. (ELECTRICAL):

DEPARTMENT: A&E

 REPORTS TO: Director of A&E

 EFFECTIVE DATE: 4/25/2022

 

 SUMMARY: We are seeking a Professional Engineer PE (Electrical Engineer) to become an integral part of our team! You will assist in the research, design and development of electrical components and systems.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and install electrical components and systems

  • Assess and modify existing power distribution systems

  • Troubleshoot relay and data system designs

  • Research and document relay test results

  • Track project time lines to complete tasks on schedule

  • Ensure reliable operation of equipment

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields.

  • Familiarity with electrical diagnostic equipment

  • Knowledge of relay design standards

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

 

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Certificates, licenses and registrations required:  PE

  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office; Project Management Software
