Christy leads The CBR Group with more than 20 years of experience at the highest levels of business focusing on the wireless industry. She provides strategic focus and expert management. She couples her skills with an extensive background in real estate acquisitions and entitlement, all in the face of the most difficult jurisdictions and multifaceted landlords in Northern and Southern California.
Christy’s extensive list of industry contacts and alliances helps contribute to the effectiveness of The CBR Group’s project management. Her practical experience guides her success in managing more than 2500 modification programs and more than 200 new site-build programs. Christy has overseen budgets of more than $1-million while expediting program schedules, optimizing and reducing budgets, and facilitating initiatives to achieve client goals.
As President, Christy has assembled a group of experts dedicated to client goals. She can be found running goal-oriented meetings and serving as an active participant in the busy work required to get the job done.
A wireless industry professional, Mark’s construction and project management experience is shaped by more than twenty years working in the Bay Area. Mark has managed capital programs with budgets exceeding $105M. Mark began his career on a tower crew and knows the business literally from the bottom up has gained a unique and important perspective.
Mark is driven by fundamental values of dedication, high quality, and sound professionalism. With Mark’s proactive approach, he understands your construction needs and works with you and the CBR team to find the most appropriate solutions. Mark’s eye for detail has earned the trust of clients and colleagues. He is known for accomplishing projects on time while following his impeccable standards.
Sean is the Vice President of Business and Operations at The CBR Group. Sean started his career in the Telecom Industry after completing a four-year tour in the United States Air Force. He has over 17 years of wireless experience, holding several key positions at SpectraSite Communications, GoldenState Towers, Crown Castle and PG&E. After leaving the tower business, Sean went to work for AT&T Mobility, with a follow-on to an engineering firm where he held a vital role in launching their wireless services in the California market. As Director of Wireless Services, Sean built a team of successful individuals that formed a strong SAQ/ A&E presence in the Northern California market providing comprehensive architectural engineering and site acquisition services to wireless leaders including AT&T, Google, Ericsson & Verizon Wireless.
Sean joined The CBR Group in 2016 with a focus on making the company a fierce competitor by providing more services and a higher level of customer service, determined to ensure timelines are met to include providing a quality product with the approach of simply doing it right.
When not at work, Sean enjoys spending time with his family, including going on road trips, coaching his Son’s baseball team, and other hobbies.
Steve provides over 18 years of experience in the Wireless Industry, with a strong emphasis in the site acquisition and entitlements process. He began his professional career directly out of college in commercial real estate, and development, where he worked with AT&T Corporation’s asset management group, growing the portfolio to 7M square feet.
His combined experience in the wireless and commercial real estate industry has allowed him to manage and lead large projects in several markets, and work closely with landlords and development agencies in several jurisdictions including Northern California and New York. He has represented industry leaders such as AT&T Mobility, Sprint, Bechtel, General Dynamics, and Verizon Wireless.
Steve grew up in the bay area and graduated from Oregon State University. He is married with three children. In his spare time he is likely mountain biking on Mt. Diablo, golfing, or hosting a family barbeque.
Terese Olan is the Director of Human Resources at The CBR Group. Terese serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work related problems. Terese is primarily responsible for ensuring all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.
Terese joined The CBR Group in 2014, during her tenure she has held various positions such as Finance Manager and Director of Finance. Before The CBR Group, Terese served in various finance and accounting roles for the construction and real estate industries. Terese has held her CA Real Estate License since 2004, and Notary Public since 2014. Terese is a take charge person who takes pride in performance and achievement.
Outside of work Terese enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, weekend BBQ’s entertaining family and friends and traveling when she can.
Raymond is the Vice President of Finance at the CBR Group. Raymond joined us in 2019, bringing over 20 years of Financial Planning and Reporting knowledge and experience. Previously, Raymond held management roles at Bank of the West, where he was responsible for bank-wide financial planning and reporting. Raymond is an accomplished and detail-focused finance leader with extensive experience implementing strategic initiatives that improve finance processes and increase efficiency.
Prior to joining Bank of the West, Raymond held financial positions at Wells Fargo, McKesson, Hewlett Packard, and Scientific Atlanta.
A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Raymond earned an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
Nimesh Patel is Director of Architectural and Engineering Services. He began his career in the telecommunications industry in 1999. Nimesh has played a pivotal role within several companies to help them become successful and grow from inception. His ability to manage projects, promptly solve problems and lead teams provides a competitive edge.
Nimesh and his wife Purvi have two kids. They enjoy traveling, watching movies and being around family. He is a big fan of many different sports, getting out on the golf course any chance he gets.
Jeremy began his career in the wireless industry in 1997 climbing towers. Moving up the ladder quickly he traveled the country building wireless facilities and managing new site construction. Jeremy moved into project management 10 years ago and has managed thousands of projects both from a construction standpoint including integrations and high-level troubleshooting. Entering his 22nd year he is pleased to be a part of the CBR team, managing the construction team and working on small cell projects.
In his off time, Jeremy loves the outdoors and is an avid camper, fisherman, and hunter. He has two young boys that follow eagerly in his footsteps.
Matthew started his engineering career in the land development industry. Working on projects all over the Bay Area and Central Valley, Matthew became proficient at being able to work with multiple jurisdictions and clients, creating optimal designs that keep both the client and jurisdiction happy. His attention to detail and ability to work with various jurisdictions has contributed to the high-quality construction documents The CBR Group produces.
Matthew has played a pivotal role in creating and leading the Engineering department at the CBR Group. He graduated from Walla Walla University, receiving an engineering degree with a focus on structural design. His experience has allowed The CBR Group to structurally determine and compose more accurate designs from the start, resulting in fewer iterations between jurisdictions and making the process run smoothly beginning to end.
When Matthew is not in the office, you’ll often find him climbing in the mountains near Tahoe or Yosemite. The Sierras are his second home.
Pam is the Director of Information and Systems for the CBR Group. She began in the telecommunications industry in the early 2000’s as a project coordinator and quickly worked her way up to project management. She gained valuable experience in developing excel skills and data management systems; both of which are key components in tracking progress in telecom. She utilizes these skills to accurately maintain and develop internal and external databases, allowing CBR and its clients to quickly and efficiently manage projects.
Pam worked with large telecommunications corporations such as American Tower, Ericsson, Black & Veatch and Verizon prior to joining CBR in 2017. She has been essential in the development and maintenance of CBR’s internal database systems and is a key member in developing processes and procedures that help make CBR the shining star it is becoming in the telecom industry.
In her free time, she likes to nap, read, and spend time with her husband. She loves to snuggle with her dog and relax, whether it be poolside or campside.
